This charming home in Wolf Creek immediately puts one at ease with a European countryside feel. This brand new home has all the comforts, views and amenities for a fabulous winter or summer getaway. It is incredibly quiet and perfect for catching up on some reading and relaxing with access to all the features of a large city.

Step inside to the kitchen that was outfitted with the top appliances and is fully stocked with glassware, bar cart, Keurig Coffee Maker and a Gas BBQ off the deck. Upstairs find two bedrooms on either side of the living room that boasts a large Smart TV and built in Sonos Speaker. Walk out to the expansive deck with breathtaking mountain and lake views. The Master enjoys great views from the bed, has its own slider to deck with a seating area, and an oversized walk-in shower.

Downstairs you will find three more bedrooms; two with queen beds that share a jack and jill bath with tub. The second bedroom has direct access to the downstairs deck with its own sliders. All bedrooms in the home have blackout shades for sleeping in. The 3rd bedroom downstairs is a Master that also boasts a large shower, direct access to the deck and TV.

Step into the "Bonus Room" with a Twin over Queen built in bunk bed each set up with their own lighting and outlets for your convenience. It also has a movie projector, massage chair and additional seating and playroom with games and a "poker table." Wi-Fi is provided for the house. There is also a large desk for catching up on work, and a wet bar with sink and microwave for popcorn and movie nights.

Off the downstairs sliders, you will find your own private hot tub and a gas firepit surrounded with Adirondack chairs along with additional comfortable seating to enjoy your views!

Historic 25th Street in Ogden is 25 minutes away. It may be hard leave the charming town of Eden with the "Links" Golf Club Restaurant, Mad Moose Cafe, and Eden Coffee & Cocoa drive-thru and the Valley Market. In the winter, one has access to Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley Resorts both just 10 minutes away and Snowbasin a 25 minute scenic drive around the Lake. For a day trip Park City and Salt Lake City are both within an hour and half and an hour respectively.

Sled out the back deck or look for the deer at both dawn and dusk. Cross-Country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling are available around the house or in town. North Fork Park is a dark park with unobstructed access to the stars. In the summer, head to the beach at Pineview Lake for standup paddle boarding, swimming or boating. Mountain biking, hiking, running trails and golf are at your disposal. There are numerous summer festivals in and around town.
