This newly designed condo nestled in the Moose Hollow Community is clean and simple, yet warm and inviting. It has elements of Scandinavian mountain design and you'll find that it is different than other Moose Hollow unit out there. Whether you’re curling up on the couch looking out onto the beautiful views of the mountains or nestling in bed with brand new luxury sheets and comforters, you’ll find yourself wondering why you’d ever want to leave.
The living room features a nice, comfortable couch with two chairs that angle around the gas fireplace that turns on with just a flick of a switch. The TV is a smart TV that offers Cable as well as any apps you’d like to sign into! Off the living room is a balcony that offers expansive views of the mountains and sits right on hole #2 off of the world-renowned Championship Golf Course. This is a perfect place to watch the sunrise with your coffee or enjoy the sunset with your favorite beverage after a long day adventuring in the mountains.
The kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, plates, silverware, pots and pans, crockpot, blender, and many other kitchen items. There is a designated coffee/tea station for all the hot beverage lovers out there! There is a Coffee Maker with a grinder, as well as a French Press. We do ask that you please be prepared by bringing your own favorite coffee from home. There are local options as well as we have patterned with The Drip and will have a QR code next to the coffee maker for your order right online and pick up as soon as you’re ready!
The bedroom on the main floor has a Queen Murphy bed with a brand new luxury mattress. If the bedroom is not needed, this bedroom can also transition into a private work space/lounge room with a Smart TV. There is also a full bathroom next door with a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a King Bed and a Twin Daybed with a trundle; all outfitted with brand new luxury sheets and comforters! The lamps on each side of the King bed are full charging stations, so you don’t have to worry about trying to find an outlet close by. This bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination along with a large walk-in closet. The washer and dryer and both upstairs as well.

50% of total rental rate is due at the time of booking as a deposit to hold property. The balance on the account is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations are subject to a cleaning Fee and taxes. A credit card is required for possible damages.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. A early check-in may be arranged dependent upon availability and must be arranged ahead of time with booking agent.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A late check-out may be arranged dependent upon availability and must be arranged ahead of time with booking agent.
Pets are not allowed for guests at Moose Hollow unless animal is a Certified Service Animal. Paperwork must be submitted to the HOA board for approval before arrival.
Local Area Information
In the winter, you will have access to Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley Resorts which are both just 5-10 minutes away from the condo. We are also very close to Snowbasin Resort and with just a 20 minute scenic drive around the lake, you can find yourself enjoying the very reason many people visit and never leave. Although it may be hard to leave the charming town of Eden with the "Links" Golf Club Restaurant, Peddler’s Cafe, and The Drip Coffee House, Historic 25th Street in Ogden is only 20 minutes away. It hosts the Farmer’s Market every Saturday, Art Strolls, movie theater, and many dining and nightlife options that a city offers. For a quick day trip, Park City and Salt Lake City are both within an hour to an hour and a half drive away and opens up all sorts of options for activities and dining.
If down-hill skiing/snowboarding isn’t your thing during the winter time, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling are all available to you within minutes of this condo! North Fork Park is a certified Dark Park with unobstructed access to the stars. In the summer, head to the beach at Pineview Lake for standup paddle boarding, swimming or boating. Mountain biking, hiking, running trails and golf are at your disposal. There are also numerous summer festivals in and around town. We always say: if you find yourself with nothing to do, it is because you are choosing to find nothing to do… and on vacation, it may just be what you need!
