As you enter through the front door you’ll immediately fall in love with the views from the main room and large outdoor patio just off the state of the art kitchen outfitted with everything you’ll need.  The dining area of the main house has seating for 7 with views that showcase why people visit Eden and never want to leave.
The great room is perfect for entertaining or to relax by the fire. You can move outside to sip on an evening cocktail and watch the sunset after a long day on the moutain or the lake. You can access the laundry room in the hallway by the front door. 
There is a master bedroom on the main floor with a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower.  The bedroom also has access to the extended deck for your morning coffee.
As you walk downstairs, you will find two bedrooms all with spacious closets and en-suite bathrooms.  The living room is set up to entertain anyone yearning for nostalgia with an Evil Knievel pin pall machine and a fooseball table. The entertainment room features a large smart TV that would be the ultimate area for relaxation and late night movies.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups
Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. 
Ski equipment should be kept in the garage. 
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental
Tenants must be 25 years or older to rent this property
All rentals comes with Discounted Golf at the Wolf Creek Resort Golf Course

50% of total rental rate is due at the time of booking as a deposit to hold property. The balance on the account is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations are subject to a cleaning Fee and taxes. A credit card is required for possible damages.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. A early check-in may be arranged dependent upon availability and must be arranged ahead of time with booking agent. 

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A late check-out may be arranged dependent upon availability and must be arranged ahead of time with booking agent.

60+ Days prior to your arrival - fully refundable minus $30 processing fee
59-31 Days prior to your arrival - half the deposit is refundable 
30-0 Days prior to your arrival - full payment is non-refundable
