Common Questions about Vacation Rental HomesWhat is your payment schedule for reservations?
A payment of 50% of the rental amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due (30) days prior to your arrival date. Payments and deposits are accepted in the form of credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX)
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel a reservation sixty (60) days or more prior to your arrival, your rental fee will be refunded in it's entirety minus 4% of the nightly rate. If you cancel a reservation thirty (30) to fifty-nine (59) days prior to your arrival, half of your rental fee will be refunded. No refunds or credit will be given in canceling within 30 days of arrival. Unless covered by Travel Insurance, NO refunds will provided for cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date. Early departure does not warrant any refund. For more details on our cancellation policy, please refer to your reservation agreement, also found under Terms and Conditions.
What is provided for each rental in regards to linens, bath towels, and toiletries?
Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths, and a bath mat. The linens will only be serviced by Wolf Creek Resort upon departure. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from our rentals homes so we suggest you bring beach or pool towels.
What housekeeping services do you offer?
Each rental home will be cleaned prior to guest check-in and then upon guest check-out and departure. This is scheduled at the time of your reservation and is required. Additional housekeeping services such as mid-stay cleans and towel and linen service are available upon request for an additional charge.
What is Wolf Creek Rentals’s check-in/check-out policy?
On your scheduled day of arrival you may check-in anytime after 4:00pm MST. On your scheduled date of departure, check-out time is 11:00am MST. Please make sure the dates on your confirmation are correct. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-outs can not be confirmed after 48hrs prior to arrival.

Are pets allowed in Wolf Creek Resort Properties?
Pets are NOT permitted in any of our properties. This is a policy set by the Moose Hollow Homeowners Association.
Pool and Clubhouse Keys?
There are two key cards in each unit attached with green string. These key cards will let you into the community clubhouse, workout facility and game room in addition to the pool area. Please do not leave town with these key cards, otherwise there is a $50 replacement charge.
Do I have access to the garage?
Many of our units, specifically the Cascades Townhomes come with an attached two car garage. Unless otherwise stated, you will have full access. Remotes can be found inside the unit, typically in the kitchen upon arrival. Please do not leave with the remotes clipped to your visor otherwise there is a $50 replacement charge.
Are there any Outdoor Grills or BBQ's to use?
Limited units have their own outdoor grills, however everyone has access to the public grills found in many of the open, common areas. Please use responsibly and clean up after you're finished, they are first come first serve.
Where can we rent skis, snowmobiles, boats, 4-wheeler razors, etc.?
We have our own Wolf Creek Resort Adventure Center on premise run by Club Rec. They can rent you nearly anything to play with, call (801) 614-0500
