COVID-19This is a temporary amendment to our vacation rental protocol. Our standard cancellation policy remains in place, which provides guests a full refund outside of 30 days of their arrival. Anything inside of 30 days is non-refundable.
However, with today’s uncertainties, we understand that situations can quickly change. As a result, if a guest is affected by COVID-related shutdowns, travel restrictions, quarantines or illnesses and needs to cancel their reservation within the 30-day timeframe we will accommodate them by providing them with one of two choices. We can either refund their reservation minus the credit card fee of four percent, or we can move their reservation to a future date within one year without a change fee.
We want to assure our guests that we adhere to strict cleaning and disinfection procedures in every one of our properties for their health and safety.
